Commissions Important Information

BEFORE PAYING FOR ANYTHING PLEASE READ!

01 - “TERMS OF SERVICE”

1. Estimated finishing time: This depends merely on whether I am on classes or not, I live on Southern Hemisphere,meaning:

   • Mid-March to July: on classes.
   • Mid-July to beginning of august: winter vacations
   • Mid-august to December: on classes
   • End of December to mid-March: summer vacations.

   1 TO 3 WEEKS ON VACATIONS, 3 WEEKS TO 6 WEEKS ON CLASS PERIOD. *TIME MAY VARY, IT COULD TAKE LESS OR MORE.

2. Payment method: Payment must be done via PayPal and paid upfront, I won’t accept payments “half upfront and the rest later” nor I do discounts unless said in the announcement post.

3. Response time: A problem that has occurred frequently, blame it on myself, is the slow reply time and update time, to fix this I’ll apply this method.

   • Before the payment being even made, I’ll send you how many clients have ordered a commission prior to yours, plus the estimated time for me to send the first sketch based on that.
   • After the first sketch being made and approved, I must keep you updated at least twice a week. weekends don’t count.
   • If I appear invisible, do not disturbe or idle, means I am not available. probably at school or doing something else, mind I won't read the notifications in these cases.
   • I’ll try to reply as fast as I can, though keep in mind I’m still a human and I lack communication skills sometimes always, (THAT DOESN’T MEAN I WON’T ENGAGE IN CONVERSATIONS ABOUT YOUR OCS &/OR IDEAS, I am very eager to know more :3)
   • And most importantly be kind, please, I know it can be a bother not to get a reply to something you paid off, and that’s why I am working on this, setting up some rules to help myself provide a better service to you, the costumer.

4. Deliver method: A “WeTransfer” link with a due date for 3 days after the link being created.

   • SFW commissions will be delivered as the raw .png image named after your discord username
   • NSFW commissions will have the same format BUT will be delivered inside a .rar file with a secret password to keep some privacy.

5. F.A.Q:

• Is it going to be posted on your social media? No, I won’t post them unless I directly ask you if I can post it, and you give me your consent and how you want me to post it, whether tagged on it or anonymous.
• Can I post it on my social media? Yes! but if it’s outside Baraag please tag me as Dinkl3 along with my Baraag profile link, and no other names you might know me for.
• Can I get a refund if you take longer than estimated? No, that money might be gone by that point, but I always compensate my clients with either a free piece or an upgrade depending on how late I am with the delivery.

02 - “DO’s & DON’Ts”
